No. You can start from the web and use TenniString across supported devices.
Your company data is stored in a cloud database. This allows you to access TenniString from different devices and always work with the same information, without depending on a single computer. Each company’s data is kept separate. TenniString provides the platform and the tools required to manage and protect your information. However, TenniString is not responsible for potential data loss, unavailability or service interruptions resulting from failures of the cloud infrastructure, database or other external services, including a total service outage. To help customers retain their information, TenniString provides backup and CSV data export tools, allowing companies to create copies of their data and keep them outside the platform.
Yes. Because your information is stored in the cloud, you can access your account from different devices with an Internet connection and continue working with your data.
Yes. You can generate access for each player using a PIN or personal link and share it by WhatsApp, email or another method. The player can consult the information TenniString makes available to them, such as stringing jobs, racquets, history and other related data.
TenniString's tension measurement is not an exact method and does not replace laboratory measurement. It is based on measuring the string's frequency in Hz and comparing different measurements taken from the racquet over time, using the recorded stringing tension in Kg as the reference. This allows you to estimate the evolution and tension loss of the string in a racquet.
Yes. You can track reels and remaining metres as stringing jobs consume stock.
